Getting Started
- Go to the Settings tab and create a team
- Add team members by email or user ID
- Switch to the Submit tab to enter your daily standup
- Use Ctrl + Enter to submit quickly

AI Digest Summary
Executive summary of the day's standups with highlights, blocker summary, and recommendations.

File Attachments
Attach files to your standup entries to provide additional context. Attached files are also used by AI Coach to give richer feedback.

Files are stored in MongoDB GridFS. When you click AI Coach, text is extracted from attached files (up to 10 MB each) and included in the AI prompt for context-aware feedback.
Tips
- Be specific: "Fixed SSO login bug in auth module" beats "Fixed a bug"
- Keep today's goals achievable within one day
- Describe blockers clearly so others can help unblock you
- Use AI Coach before submitting to improve your entry quality
- Run AI Digest at end-of-day for a team progress snapshot
- Use Extract from Standups after all members submit to capture commitments
How to Edit a Standup Entry
- Go to the AI History tab
- Find the AI history item linked to the entry you want to edit
- Click the Edit (pencil) button in the Actions column
- The Submit tab opens with your original entry loaded into the form
- Modify your Yesterday, Today, or Blockers text as needed
- Click Save Changes to update the entry
You can also edit entries directly from the Standups tab by clicking the edit icon on any of your own entries.
AI Coach & Speaker Tracking
- Select the correct Speaker (e.g., You, Fred, Wave) before running AI Coach
- Click the AI Coach button to get feedback on the entry
- Go to the AI History tab to review all AI Coach runs
- Check the Speaker and Team columns to verify the correct speaker and team are recorded
- Use the column headers to sort by Speaker or Team
Troubleshooting
