Task Tracker is a team task-management workspace: create, assign and follow work across teams from a single board. The Dashboard summarizes totals, in-progress and overdue counts; Tasks is a searchable, sortable table with import/export; Kanban is a drag-and-drop status board; Timeline lays out tasks by team and due date; Analytics charts status, team throughput, priority and weekly trend; AI History keeps a record of AI Coach runs; Archived holds tasks removed from active boards.
The AI Coach button on a task reviews its description and subtasks and returns a scored coaching note (clarity, scope, risk) to help tighten the task before work starts. Live voice dictation and recording are available when adding or editing a task.
AI Coach runs are billed per use at the usage-tier rate shown below. Everything else in Task Tracker (tasks, kanban, timeline, analytics, archive) is included at no extra charge.
