Meeting Summarizer

Getting Started

1. Go to the New Meeting tab and enter a title
2. Upload a recording, paste a transcript, or use Live Record
3. Click Transcribe (for audio/video) or AI Summarize to analyze
4. View saved meetings in the Saved Meetings tab

Credits are deducted on success. Failed requests are automatically refunded.

Recommended Workflow

1. Upload your meeting recording (.mp4, .mp3, etc.)
2. Click Transcribe to auto-generate the transcript via Whisper AI
3. Review the transcript, make edits if needed
4. Add Tags and Notes for richer AI context (both are sent to the AI)
5. Click AI Summarize to get summary, action items, and decisions
6. Click Submit to save the meeting with all data

• Ctrl+Enter — Submit meeting
• Esc — Close modals

Tips

• For best transcription quality, use clear audio with minimal background noise
• Large files (500MB+) are automatically compressed and split for Whisper's 25MB limit
• You can also paste transcripts from Zoom, Teams, or other platforms directly into the Transcript field
• Use the Agenda field to give AI context for better summarization
• Add Participants so the AI can attribute action items correctly
• Tags and Notes are included in the AI prompt — use them to provide additional context, priorities, or background info
