Web access —
On by default. The builder and the repairer can fetch pages you reference by URL while they work (there is no search engine). Verification always runs without web access, so the verdict can never be influenced by a fetched page. Fetched pages are sandboxed and treated as untrusted data. Turn off for a fully offline run. Models marked "no web tools" always run without web access regardless of this switch — nothing extra is charged for those runs.
Nothing is written to any external system. The artifact is verified, repairable and downloadable — it is yours to act on.
